摘　　要：急性低频感音神经性听力损失（acute low-frequency hearing loss,ALHL）为临床常见耳聋,以单侧发病为主。耳聋所伴低调耳鸣、耳部堵闷及胀满感为患者的常见主诉。临床观察到其中一些患者反复发作、呈波动性低频耳聋（recurrent low frequency deafness,RLFD）,不能归为自身免疫性内耳病等病因,是最常见的波动性耳聋。Low frequency sensorineural deafness is a common subtype of idiopathic sudden deafness.Certain patients suffered recurrent attacks without vertigo,much alike Menieres disease.Few of them developed into definite Menieres disease during long-term follow-up in many clinical studies.Although the pathophysiology of recurrent low frequency deafness is yet unknown,the desease is considered associated with early state of endolymphatic hydrops or migraine.Otologists shall be aware of its clinical course and careful explanation is necessary at time of initial informed consent.
