摘  要:3万t/a磺酸盐装置生产采用表活剂-重烷基苯磺酸盐。重烷基苯磺酸盐表面活性剂与聚合物、碱形成三元复合驱油体系,在油田三次采油中效果显著,在水驱基础上平均提高采收率18%。实践证明,驱油用表活剂产品对大庆油田4000万t稳产有重大意义。磺酸盐生产的关键原料为重烷基苯磺酸。磺酸质量的稳定与否关系着磺酸盐配方是否能够成功调配、生产、注入。Three tens of thousands of t/a sulfonate units are used to produce three surfactant surfactants, heavy alkyl benzene sulfonates.Heavy alkyl benzene sulfonate surfactant and polymer, alkali form a ternary complex flooding system, the third oil recovery in the oil effect is remarkable, based on the water flooding recovery of 18% on average.Practice has proved that oil displacement table agent products Daqing Oilfield 40 million t steady production of great significance.The key raw material for sulfonate production is heavy alkyl benzene sulfonic acid.Whether the quality of sulfonic acid is stable or not depends on whether sulfor-ate formula can be successfully formulated, produced and injected.
