摘  要:采用激光微造型技术在H13模具钢表面加工出不同参数的微凹坑,并在贫油条件下进行响应面试验。为了对凹坑几何参数进行全面优化,建立了摩擦系数与微凹坑几何参数间的数学模型。并通过试验验证了数学模型的准确性,其误差范围小于5%,可用于后续的优化分析。根据优化方案得到的凹坑参数最佳组合为:直径180.66μm、深度14.66μm、密度12.75%。与无织构试样相比,最优参数下试样的摩擦系数减小了56%。Dimples with different parameters were prepared on H13 die steel surface by laser surface texturing (LST). Then, the response surface tests were conducted under starved oil lubrication. In order to optimize the dimple geometric parameters, a mathematical model between friction coefficient and dimple geometric parameters was set up. The accuracy of the model was verified by validation tests and the error range was less than 5%, so it could be used for subsequent optimization analysis. Based on the optimization scheme, the optimal dimple parameters are as follows: diameter of 180.66 μm, depth of 14.66 μm, and density of 12.75%. Compared with untextured sample, the friction coefficient of textured sample under optimal dimple parameters reduces by 56%.
