摘  要:采用不同的热处理制度对石墨烯增强新型建筑镁基材料进行了处理,并进行了复合材料冲击和拉伸性能的测试与分析。结果表明,与未经热处理的材料相比,480℃保温4 h后水冷使材料的冲击吸收功增长50%,断后伸长率增大100%,抗拉强度增加26%,屈服强度增加40%。水冷对材料力学性能的改善效果优于炉冷,空冷的改善效果介于炉冷和水冷之间。材料热处理的冷却方式优选为水冷。Graphene reinforced magnesium matrix composites were treated by using different heat treatment processes, and the impact and tensile properties of the composites were tested and analyzed. The results show that compared with the material without heat treatment, the impact absorption energy, elongation, tensile strength and yield strength of the material after heat treatment at 480 ℃ for 4 h and then water cooling increase by 50%, 100%, 26% and 40%, respectively. The improving effect of water cooling on mechanical properties of the material is better than that of furnace cooling, and the improving effect of air cooling is between furnace cooling and water cooling. Cooling way of heat treatment for this material is preferably water cooling.
