摘  要:目的观察戊二醛消毒剂加入碱性调节剂和防锈剂碱化前后含量测量值差异,探索戊二醛真实含量测量方法。方法采用羟胺法测定碱化前后戊二醛含量并进行比较。结果加入碱性调节剂和防锈剂后,四种戊二醛消毒剂含量测量值均低于加入前测量值;戊二醛消毒剂加入碱性调节剂,不加防锈剂,以碱性调节剂为对照,测量结果基本接近碱化前测量结果;两种戊二醛消毒剂加入碱性调节剂和防锈剂后,以碱性调节剂和防锈剂水溶液为对照测量结果与碱化前相比,分别高出1.21%和1.97%。结论采用羟胺法测量戊二醛,以碱性调节剂和防锈剂水溶液为对照,能较为真实准确反映戊二醛含量。Objective To observe glutaraldehyde content difference before and after alkalization in order to make clear an accurate method for measuring the content of glutaraldehyde in alkalinized glutaraldehyde disinfectant. Methods To examine and compare glutaraldehyde content using hydroxylamine methods. Result The result was the same as before alkalization when alkaline regulator was added without antirust agent and aqueous solution of alkaline regulator was used as control.Glutaraldehyde measurements were 1. 21% and 1. 97% higher than before alkalization when aqueous solution of alkaline regulator and anti rust agent was used as control. Conclusion When hydroxy amine method was used for measuring glutaraldehyde content,the result of measurement was affected by adding alkali regulator and antirust agent,and could not reflect the actual content. The measurement error was reduced when aqueous solution of alkaline regulator and anti rust agent was used as control.
