摘 要:目的观察五种常用皮肤黏膜消毒剂对多重耐药菌(MDRO)的杀灭效果,为临床合理选用消毒剂提供参考。方法参照2002版《消毒技术规范》,采用悬液定量杀菌试验,就碘伏消毒液、复合碘消毒液、75%酒精消毒液、洗必泰醇皮肤手消毒液、无醇洗必泰皮肤手消毒液对临床分离的泛耐药鲍曼不动杆菌、耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌、耐药铜绿假单胞菌、耐碳青霉烯类肺炎克雷伯菌等常见耐药菌的杀菌效果进行实验观察。结果使用五种常用皮肤黏膜消毒剂原液分别作用0.5、1.0和1.5 min,对泛耐药鲍曼不动杆菌、耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌、耐药铜绿假单胞菌和耐碳青霉烯类肺炎克雷伯菌菌悬液杀灭对数值均>5.0,其杀灭对数值均高于对标准菌株金黄色葡萄球菌(ATCC 6538)的杀灭效果。结论五种常用皮肤黏膜消毒剂能有效杀灭泛耐药鲍曼不动杆菌、耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌、耐药铜绿假单胞菌和耐碳青霉烯类肺炎克雷伯菌。Objective To observe the killing effect of five commonly used skin and mucous membrane disinfectants on multidrug-resistant bacteria( MDRO),provide reference for clinical rational use of disinfectant. Methods According to the " disinfection technical specifications 2002",suspension quantitative germicidal test was used to observe the disinfection effect of iodophor disinfectant,compound iodine disinfectant,75% alcohol,chlorhexidine alcohol skin disinfectant hand sanitizers,no alcohol chlorhexidine hand sanitizers for clinical separation generic drug resistance of Acinetobacter baumannii( XDRAB),methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus( MRSA),Pseudomonas aeruginosa resistant( MDR-PA) and resistant to carbon penicillium alkene pneumonia Klebsiella bacteria( CRKP). Results The average killing logarithm value of five kinds of commonly used disinfectant solution for 0. 5 min,1. 0 min,1. 5 min to XDRAB、MRSA、MDR-PA 、CRKP were all above 5. 0,which were higher than that of standard strain Staphylococcus aureus( ATCC 6538). Conclusion Five commonly used disinfectants can effectively kill all-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii( XDRAB),methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus( MRSA),resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa( MDR-PA),carbapenem-resistant Klebsiella( CRKP)four Common resistance to bacteria.
