摘　　要：一个合理、稳定的粮田流转价格,对于保护适度规模经营者基本利益,维护国家粮食安全具有十分重要的意义。本文通过收益还原法模型测算粮田流转标准价格,以江苏省的数据进行实证分析,发现粮田流转实际成交价格与标准价格之间呈现发散型蛛网特征分布规律,提出了政府要对粮田流转价格进行调控,由中央和各省共同承担粮田流转部分费用的建议,切实降低粮食适度规模经营者流转成本,推进农业供给侧结构性改革,为农业经济发展开拓补贴新领域,注入发展新活力。Reasonable and stable grain field transfer prices are of great significance to protect the basic interests of moderate scale managers so as to safeguard the national food security. This paper found that there were regularities of divergent spider webs between the actual transaction price and the standard price in the grain circulation through the income approach based on the analysis of data in Jiangsu. We put forward that the government should regulate the grain field transfer price and the transfer cost should be undertook by both the central and provinces. It is necessary to reduce the transfer cost of grain moderate scale manager effectively to promote structural reform in the agricultural supply side, explore new areas of subsidy in agricultural economic development and inject new vitality into it.
