摘 要:本文分别以甘油和N,N-二羟乙基甲酰胺(BHF)为塑化剂,以马来酸酐为助剂,通过熔融挤出制备了可生物降解的热塑性淀粉/PPC共混材料。研究了共混材料的机械性能、热学性能、透水性能。提取出了共混材料中的PPC,用红外表征,测定挤出后PPC的粘均分子量。结果证明:以BHF为塑化剂的共混材料拉伸强度高于以甘油为塑化剂的共混材料。挤出过程中PPC发生降解,马来酸酐的加入抑制了挤出过程中PPC的降解,使得共混材料拉伸强度提高。Thermoplasticstarch/PPCcomposites were prepared using glycerol or N,N-bis( 2-hydroxyethyl) formamide( BHF) asplasticizer,maleic anhydride as additive,by extrusion. Mechanical properties,thermal property,water vapor permeability of thermoplastic starch/PPC composites were studied. PPC was extracted from the composites,characterized by FT-IR. The viscosity average molecular weight of the extracted PPC was measured. Compared with composites using glycerol as plasticizer,the tensile strength of composites using BHF as plasticizer was higher. During extrusion,PPC degraded. The addition of maleic anhydrideweakened decomposition of PPC. The tensile strength of composites improved with the addition of maleic anhydride.
