摘 要:燃料电池催化剂按照应用区域可分为两类,有阳极型和阴极型催化剂之分,阳极型催化剂主要适用于对有机小分子物质的氧化,如甲醛、甲酸、甲醇等.阴极型催化剂适用在燃料电池的阴极区域,是对氧气还原的催化反应.目前,在催化剂活性物质方面的研究报道比较多,有特殊形貌的纳米晶体微粒及其合金高长径比的纳米线和纳米线合金核壳结构的纳米球合金等,这些材料在燃料电池中的阴极和阳极都有其独到的优势和作用,这些种类催化剂大都采用贵金属如Pt、Pd、Au等元素,而合金则采用贵金属配合Fe、Co、Ni等过渡金属形成,以达到提高催化效率降低成本等不同目的,本文用金属蒸气合成法(MVS)和常规法制备三种不同摩尔比的Cu-Co/c双金属燃料电池电极催化剂,XRD测定、磁测定和XPS测定结果表明:MVS法Cu-Co/c电极的催化活性大于相应的常规法电极,而且随着Cu含量的增加,催化活性也随之增大,Co的加入使得整体的催化活性大大提高.Fuel cell catalysts can be divided into two categories,anode and cathode catalysts,in accordance with their application. The anode catalyst is mainly applied to the oxidation of organic small molecules such as formaldehyde,formic acid,and methanol.There are many studies on catalyst active substances,nanocrystals with special morphology of nanocrystalline microparticles and their alloys with high aspect ratio nanowires and nanowire alloy core-shell structures. These materials are used in fuel cells. The cathode and the anode each have their own unique advantages and effects. If or these types of catalysis,most agents used are precious metals such as Pt,Pd,Au,Alloys are used with precious metals with Fe,Co,Ni and other transition metal formations has improved catalytic efficiency and cost. In this paper,three different molar ratio Cu-Co/c bimetallic fuel cell electrode catalysts were prepared by metal vapor synthesis(MVS)and conventional methods XRD,magnetic and XPS.The catalytic activity of Cu-Co/c electrode in MVS was found to be larger than that of conventional electrode,and the catalytic activity increased with the increase of Cu content. The addition of Co increased the overall catalytic activity.
