摘 要:目的:研究比较不同贮藏年限广陈皮对家兔离体肠肌的影响及祛痰作用,探索广陈皮临床使用的最佳贮藏年限。方法:用生物机能分析系统记录不同贮藏年限广陈皮对正常肠肌及加入工具药后肠肌的影响,采集肠肌的振幅与频率,计算出抑制率;小鼠连续7 d灌胃给药,末次给药后30 min,用酚红法检测小鼠的祛痰作用。结果:不同贮藏年限广陈皮对正常肠肌均有明显的促进作用,贮藏1年作用最强,并能使先用阿托品而紧张性降低的兔离体肠肌进一步松弛,振幅进一步减弱。当年、1年、3年、5年广陈皮低剂量组小鼠气道酚红的排泌量均高于蒸馏水对照组及盐酸氨溴索组,且5年广陈皮低剂量组具有显著性差异(p<0.05)。结论:不同贮藏年限广陈皮对兔离体肠肌运动及祛痰作用存在差异,并以贮藏1年、5年的作用为佳,因此可以根据不同的治疗目的选择不同贮藏年限的广陈皮。Objective: The study compared the effect of Guang Chenpi of different storage period on rabbit intestinal muscle in vitro and expectorant action, to explore the best storage period of Guang Chenpi for wide clinical use. Method: In vitro intestinal muscle experiment was carried out with biological function analysis system recording the influence of Guang Chenpi on normal intestinal muscle and the effect after the addition of tool drug. The amplitude and frequency of intestinal muscle were collected to calculate the inhibition rate. Mouse was intragastricly administered of drug for seven days. 30 min after the last treatment, the phenol red method was used to investigate the expectorant action in mice. Result: Guang Chenpi of different storage time promoted the activity of normal intestinal muscle and the medicine stored for 1 year showed the strongest effect, and relaxed the isolated rabbit intestinal muscle after atropine use, which according further reduced the amplitude. The phenol excretions in mice airway of Guang Chenpi low dose group of storage time (0, 1, 3, 5 years) were higher than that of distilled water group and Ambroxol hydrochloride group. And 5 years Guang Chenpi group showed significant difference (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: Guang Chenpi of different storage periods show different effect on isolated rabbit intestinal muscle movement and different expectorant effects. And Chenpi of 1 and 5 years storage year show the best effect. We can choose Guang Chenpi of different storage time according to different therapeutic purpose.
