摘 要:文中利用数值模拟的方法就喷射方式对流场流动特性的影响展开研究,分为喷射角度、喷孔形状两个部分。结合燃料掺混效率、穿透深度以及总压损失等参数对比,探究不同喷射方式对超燃燃烧室流场特性的影响,得出以下结论:喷射角度的增大可增加射流的穿透深度,但导致掺混效率的下降和总压损失;经综合比较,喷射角度为γ=5°算例较其他三种喷射角度更为理想;菱形孔在燃料掺混、展向扩展以及总压损失方面优势明显,具有更好的流场特性。In this paper, numerical simulation is used to study the effect of injection mode on the flow characteristics of the flow field, which is divided into two parts : injection angle and injection hole shape. Combining with the parameters of fuel blending efficiency, pene- tration depth and total pressure loss, the effects of different injection modes on the flow field characteristics of the flammable combustion chamber were investigated. The conclusions are as follows : The jetting angle increases with the increase of jet penetration depth, but the blending efficiency decreases and the total pressure loss increases. Comparing with the other three types, the injection angle γ=5° Angle is more ideal; diamond hole in fuel blending, expansion to the expansion and the total pressure loss has obvious advantages, with better flow characteristics.
