摘  要:目的探讨2型糖尿病合并高血压患者采取综合护理的方法与效果。方法选择该院于2015年1月—2017年8月收治的2型糖尿病合并高血压患者70例作为研究对象,入组对象愿意配合研究,以随机数表法分组,每组35例,对照组按照常规护理模式干预,研究组则加用综合护理干预,比较两组护理前后血糖指标与血压达标率。结果两组患者护理前空腹血糖与餐后2h血糖比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后研究组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组血压达标率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病合并高血压患者实施综合护理干预可以更好地改善血糖指标,提高血压达标率,值得借鉴。Objective To study the general nursing method and implementation effect of type 2 diabetes and hypertension.Methods 70 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes and hypertension from January 2015 to August 2017 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups with 35 cases in each, the control group adopted the routine nursing model for intervention, while the research group added the general nursing intervention on the basis of the control group,and the blood glucose and standard-reaching rate of blood pressure were compared between the two groups. Results There were no differences in the fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2 h blood glucose between the two groups(P0.05), after nursing, the two indicators in the research group were obviously lower than those in the control group(P 0.05), and the standards-reaching rate of blood pressure in the research group was obviously higher than that in the control group(P 0.05). Conclusion The implementation of general nursing intervention in patients with type 2 diabetes and hypertension can better improve the blood glucose and improve the standards-reaching rate, and it is worth reference.
