摘  要:某天然气净化厂经克劳斯工艺生产的液态硫磺,通过硫磺造粒装置成型为半球状颗粒后,由皮带输送机输送到料仓,在下一楼层进行全自动包装码垛。投产后发现:在成型机造粒端、下料端、料仓及包装机处均产生不同浓度的硫磺粉尘,成为职业卫生及安全生产的隐患。通过对粉尘来源进行分析,采取设备改造、工艺调整及加强管理措施,对粉尘浓度控制起到了很好作用。分析了硫磺成型包装场所粉尘产生的原因,阐述了采取的控制措施,并评价了控制效果。Liquid sulfur produced by a Claus process is formed into hemispherical particles by sulfur granulation device. Then it is transported to the silo by belt conveyor and packaged and palletized aautomatically in the next floor. After having been put into production,sulfur dust with different concentrations can be found at the granulation side of the forming machine,cutting side,silo,and packaging machines,which results in occupational health and safety production risks. Through analyzing the dust sources,equipment transformation,process adjustment and management measures are taken,which has a good effect on dust concentration control. This paper expounds the causes for dust and control measures. It also summarizes and evaluates the control effect.
