摘　　要：介绍了西门子组态软件Win CC(视窗控制中心)在煤炭皮带中部采制样监控系统中的应用,结合该系统工艺流程重点设计了监控系统主界面、系统故障报警、设备状态显示、历史数据查询等界面,实现对煤炭皮带中部采制样系统内单体设备启停、主系统启停、故障监控等的控制与监控,可形成友好的人机交互界面以提升煤炭采制样的机械化、自动化程度。This paper introduced the application of Siemens configuration software Win CC（Windows Control Center）in coal belt control system,combining with the system process flow,the monitoring system main interface,system failure alarm,equipment status display,historical data query were designed,the control and monitoring of start and stop the single device,the main system start and stop,fault monitoring in coal middle belt sampling and sample preparation system were realized,the formation of a good human-computer interaction interface can enhance the mechanization,automation degree of coal sampling and sample preparation.
