摘 要:介绍了煤炭传统制样方法在实际操作中存在的弊端,阐述了全自动制样系统的组成及其特点,并对引进全自动制样系统后需解决的相关问题及其显示的优势进行探讨。从样品代表性、实验结果精准性、制样效率、工作环境的改善等方面将全自动制样系统制样与传统制样进行类比,说明引进全自动制样系统后可从本质上改变制样的作业模式,规避了一部分传统作业带来的弊端及风险以提升燃料管控能力,可有效防范效益流失和商务纠纷的滋生。This paper introduced the existing problems in coal traditional sample preparation method,and introduced the composition and characteristics of full automatically sample preparation system,and after introducing full automatically sample preparation system,the relative problems and advantages were discussed.From aspects such as sample representation,testing results accuracy,sample preparation efficiency and working environment improvement,the full automatically sample preparation system and traditional sample preparation were compared,it meant that introducing automatically sample preparation system could change the sample preparation working model,and a part of risk and disadvantages of traditional work could be avoided,to improve the fuel management ability,so the benefit loss and business disputes could be effectively prevented.
