摘 要:介绍了引进国外加工技术和材质的0.2mm筛缝的不锈钢筛面在林西选煤厂精煤泥弧形筛上的应用,结合弧形筛筛面的结构参数剖析了细筛缝精煤泥弧形筛入料粒度组成及细筛缝精煤泥弧形筛工艺指标,并对细筛缝弧形筛与传统弧形筛的工艺效果进行对比。结果表明:使用0.2mm筛缝的细筛缝煤泥弧形筛比传统0.4mm筛缝的精煤泥弧形筛的筛分效率高出23.85百分点,分配粒度为0.108mm,分配曲线的平均可能偏差仅为0.022 mm。细筛缝煤泥弧形筛比传统的0.4 mm筛缝精煤泥弧形筛可多回收质量合格的粗精煤泥近20个百分点,大幅降低浮选入料粒度的上限,入浮煤泥量减少近四分之一。This paper introduced the application of stainless steel screen with 0.2 mm screen seam from foreign processing technology and materials in Linxi coal preparation plant clean coal slime curve sieve,combining with structure parameters of curve sieve surface,the feeding material particle size composition and process indicators of fine sieve seam clean coal slime curve screen were analyzed,meanwhile,the process effect of fine sieve seam curve screen and traditional curve screen were compared,the results showed that:using fine sieve seam coal slime curve screen with 0.2 mm seam,the screening efficiency was higher than 0.4 mm clean coal slime about 23.85%,the distribution size was 0.108 mm,the average possible deviation of distribution curve was only 0.022 mm.Compared with the traditional 0.4 mm screen seam clean coal slime curve sieve,fine sieve seam coal slime curve could recover coarse clean coal slime 20% percent more than traditional one,the limit feeding particle size could be reduced dramatically,the feeding floatation coal slime reduced by 25%.
