摘　　要：电力管线入廊有两种方式,一是电力公司租用政府全资的地下综合管廊,二是电力公司投资PPP模式的综合管廊。鉴于此,阐述电力管线纳入综合管廊的两种模式,并分析这两种模式的经济性。在此基础上,提出电力管线纳入城市地下综合管廊的发展对策,包括模式的选择,以及综合管廊的收费机制等,为相关项目的建设提供参考。Power companies have two ways to access electric power pipes into utility tunnel. One way is to rent utility tunnel and pay the usage fees,the other way is to directly invest the construction of utility tunnel by PPP model. This paper compares the different ways of electric power pipes into utility tunnel and traditional power transmission project,and analyzes the economic of the two ways. Based on this,proposes suggestions to improve the construction of utility tunnels,including the selection of the model and the charging mechanism of utility tunnel,in order to provide references for the construction of related projects.
