摘　　要：随着后福特制的蔓延,＂业余＂正在成为一个越来越重要的社会文化现象。通过分析两类并存于＂上海彩虹室内合唱团＂的不同的＂业余＂状态——被正规工作制度挤压而出的剩余和在工作之外重组情感、精力和时间的生活要求,可以发现讨论＂业余＂在当前社会中的实际位置,提出重新理解工作/业余这一组关系的难度和必要性;尤其是当以＂彩虹团＂为代表的＂业余模式＂的形成和运行,总是受制于既有的商业模式、社会趣味和观念性力量之时,重新展开对＂业余＂的思考的紧迫性。With the sprawling of the post-Fordism, the avocation and the amateurs have become one more significant social and cultural phenome- non. There are two different situations of the amateurs existing in the contem- porary society： one is the surplus of the regular working system and the other is the demand to organize people＇s affection, energy and time beside the work- ing time. By the analyses of the two types of situations, which are represented by Rainbow Chamber Singers in Shanghai as one local case, the real position of the avocation is posed as a set of questions and the necessary of re-under- standing of the relationship of the model of avocation has to work and amateur is recognized. Especially, struggle with the existing commercial system,the social/class taste and the traditional idea force, the redefinition of avoca- tion/amateur is not only necessary but also an urgent requirement for us.
