摘　　要：As an important component of the ＂Internet and Society： Promoting inclusiveness and Shared Benefits＂ of the 4th World Internet Conference, the Forum was designed to implement the idea of building an Internet power. By centering on joint contribution and shared benefits of cultural exchanges in the Internet age as well as the Internet and the spread of Chinese culture, it gathered consensus on ＂developing digital economy for openness and shared benefits＂ and strengthened the cultural community in the Internet environment.
