摘　　要：在20世纪的荷兰,老年人住房是一个非常紧迫的问题。人口老龄化以及由此产生的社会成本导致老年人住房形式发生根本性、系统性的变革,如护理和居住场所的分离,护理私有化,和一系列更利于老年人长久居住的保障政策的出台。新的政策与经济现状影响着老年人住房,并提供了一个把老龄化现象提升为社会重要议题的机会。荷兰建筑学会的新学院档案馆(Het Nieuwe Instituut)保存了过去一百年来的一系列老年住房设计资料,包含了对50个老年住房设计案例的介绍。文章基于对这些案例的梳理与分析,从历史和遗产的角度出发,以这50套老年人住房设计为缩影,探讨荷兰历史中老年人住房形式的发展与演变。In the Netherlands in the 20th century, as a very pressing problem, housing for the eldedy in the Netherlands is undergoing substantial change. The costs associated with an ageing population have led to radical structural changes, such as the separation of housing and care and the privatisation of care. The political ambition to replace the welfare state with a ＇participation society＇ has accelerated the policy of allowing elderly people to live at home for increasingly longer periods. Het Nieuwe Instituut has a presentation of fifty designs for new housing for the elderly. This project affords an opportunity to look at housing for the elderly as a broader cultural issue, viewed from the perspectives of history and heritage,
