摘　　要：文章结合西安市商业综合体案例,立足于网络数据与实地调研数据的分析,多层次、系统化地探索部分空间特征与客流行为之间的数学关系,并尝试据此为商业空间的提供数据化设计支撑。首先选取了建筑内外空间的部分特征进行量化描述,再通过回归分析将空间特征数据与点评数、客流量等行为数据建立相关方程,从而探索出一种基于数据分析为设计提出参考建议的方式,以期为商业综合体设计,以及其他复杂空间建筑带来新的设计方法,为城市空间的存量发展提供一定的技术参考。Combining with the cases of Xi＇ an commercial complex, based on the analysis of POI data and field investigation data, this paper explores the mathematical relationship between somespatial features and customers flow through multi-level and systematic research, and finally introduce the data-informed design in commercial space design.Firstly, some features of the interior and exterior space of complexes are quantified.Then theregression analysis is used to establish the correlation equation of the spatial feature data with the behavior data such as number of reviews and customers flow. Byusing dataas references, this paper explores a new design method of commercial complex or other complicated space building, and provides some technical reference for the development of urban stocking-space.
