摘　　要：2015年,WELL建筑标准被正式引入中国。文章简要介绍WELL建筑标准的发展历程,重点从WELL建筑标准的认证分类、级别得分、认证过程3个方面进行解读,并对比LEED标准和中国的健康建筑评价标准,分析关联与区别,对WELL建筑标准进行全面的剖析。WELL Building Standard is formally introduced to China in 2015. This research focus on the process of WELL Building Standard development, which include WELL building standard＇ s classification of certification,the level score.and the process of certification. The author will compare American LEED standard（V4 edition） with Evaluation standard of health building,and analysis the connections and distinctions; in order to deeply investigate the WELL Building standard.
