基于使用后评价的老年养护院调查研究--以常州市玖玖江南护养中心为例

摘　　要：文章以常州市玖玖江南护养中心为例,从老年人与护理人员两大使用群体出发,调查其建筑使用满意度情况。在先导性调研的基础上,以定序测量方式设计李克特量表,分别从管理、功能、舒适、便利、设施设备五大因素设计结构问卷。通过对问卷结果进行均值分析、单因素方差分析、相关分析和因子分析,寻求两大群体的满意度取向差异,并探讨现状环境的适用性,为优化老年养护院的建筑环境设计提供参考。From the perspective of the elderly and nursing staff in two major user groups, the paper investigates the satisfaction of these people towards the building of Jiujiujiangnan Nursing Center in Changzhou. On the basis of the pilot research, with the help of Likert scale in ordinar measurement, the structured questionnaires are taken into account five major factors, including management, function, comfort, convenience and facilities. Through the various analysis of the questionnaire, like the ANOM, one-way ANOVA, the correlation analysis and the factor analysis of the results, the satisfaction differences between the two major user groups are found, and also, the applicability of the current environment is discussed. Owing to the above study, this paper could provide references for optimizing the architectural environment design of the nursing home for the aged.
