摘　　要：毕老师通过多年的临床实践认为气虚血瘀贯穿顽固性面瘫始终,治疗上多应用点刺以激发经气,促进血液流通,所谓气血流通即是补,既使邪有出路又免伤正气。点刺法治疗该病疗效显著,以期为治疗顽固性面瘫提供宝贵的经验。Based on years of his clinical practise,Bi Yufeng believes that obstinate facial paralysis is always accompanied by qi deficiency and blood stasis. And most of the treatment apply swift pricking blood therapy to invigorate channel qi and promote blood circulation. Qi and blood circulation means and needs tonifying deficiency,pathogentic qi out while healthy qi unimpaired. Thus,the treatment of the disease with swift pricking blood therapy has remarkable effect and is expected to provide valuable experience for the treatment of obstinate facial paralysis.
