通络益肾方联合雷公藤多甙片治疗糖尿病肾病临床疗效及氧化应激水平的影响

摘　　要：目的观察通络益肾方联合雷公藤多甙片治疗糖尿病肾病(DN)的临床疗效。方法将116例DN患者随机分为对照组(雷公藤多甙片)和试验组(通络益肾方+雷公藤多甙片),8周为1个疗程。观察患者治疗的总有效率及肾功能、24h尿蛋白定量及氧化应激指标的改善情况及不良反应。结果试验组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后肾功能、尿蛋白定量及氧化应激水平均明显改善(P<0.05)。试验组各项指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通络益肾方联合雷公藤多甙片可改善DN患者肾功能及氧化应激水平,提高DN的临床疗效。Objective： To observe clinical effect of Tongluo Yishen Formula combined with glucosidorum tripterygll totorum in Treating DN. Method： 116 cases of DN patients were randomly divided into control group（ glucosidorum tripterygll totorum） and test group（ Tongluo Yishen Formula ＋ glucosidorum tripterygll totorum）,and the course was 8 weeks. Then the total effective rate of the treatment,the improvement of renal function,24 h urine protein and oxidative stress quantitative indicators as well as the adverse reaction were observed. Result： The total effective rate in the test group was significantly higher than that in the control group（ P 0. 05）. The renal function,urine protein and oxidative stress were significantly improved in both groups after treatment（ P 0. 05）. The test group indicators were better than those of the control group（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： Tongluo Yishen Formula combined with glucosidorum tripterygll totorum can improve DN patients＇ renal function and oxidative stress level and further improves clinical effect on DN.
