京津冀产业协作的短板与途径——沿海三大城市群比较的视角

摘　　要：在明确城市群产业协作内涵的基础上,构建城市群产业协作的"动力—演进—模式"分析框架。通过对沿海三大城市群产业协作的比较,发现城市群产业协作的有效开展通常需要具备特定条件,包括一个或多个明确的经济中心城市、有效的产业协作平台、良好的区域合作和利益协调机制、基于市场机制的经济网络联系以及完善的基础设施体系。但对于京津冀而言,在这些方面都存在明显的短板。On the basis of the specific connotation of the urban agglomeration industry collaboration,the author built urban agglomeration of industry collaboration ＂dynamic evolution - model＂ analysis framework. By comparing three coastal urban ag-glomeration industry collaboration, found effective development of urban agglomeration industry collaboration usually need to meet certain conditions, including one or more specific economic center city and effective industry collaboration platform, good regional cooperation and interest coordination mechanism, economic network connection based on market mechanism, and perfect infrastructure system. But for beijing-tianjin-hebei,there are obvious in these areas.
