摘　　要：为了解决医患矛盾与医患间交流渠道缺失的问题,在充分调研医院随访工作流程的基础上,本文基于B/S架构,采用Oracle数据库实现了功能基本完善、性能稳定的医院随访管理系统,本系统通过JSP实现表示层的交互页面,响应用户的请求,利用SSH中的Hibernate框架与数据库进行交互,保证随访管理系统数据调用与存储的安全。该系统经过测试,可以大幅度提高医院随访管理工作效率。同时,具有部署简便、复用性强、便于维护的优点。In view of the current doctor-patient contradiction and the lack of communication channels between doctors and patients, a professional management follow-up system based on Oracle is designed in this paper, realizing the effective t functions of the perfect, stable performance of hospital follow-up management. The software system adopts the B/S framework as development environment achieving the goal of the reducing of the coupling between various levels of the system and the improving of the system＇s practicability and reusability.
