摘　　要：本文利用RTL-SDR软件无线电接收机,搭建了能够在windows桌面上运行的软件无线电接收机框架,并利用该框架和实际使用的FM调频广播系统的结构,实现了FM调频广播的接收与解调。该接收机能够动态调节接收频带范围,并实时显示功率谱结构,最后将解调后的FM信号以声音的形式展示出来。This paper set up a software framework of software-defined radio that is able to run on Windows desktop based on RTL-SDR, and used the framework and the structure of commercial FM system to receive and demodulate FM signal. The receiver can dynamically adjust its frequency bandwidth, and displays the power spectrum structure of the signal that is received, finally displays the demodulated FM signal in the form of sound.
