摘  要:传统自动检测系统存在自动检测速率慢、准确率低、管线成本较高等问题,无法达到低成本、精准检测的标准。为此,对现场总线制数据传输仪表精度自动检测系统进行设计。给出自动检测系统硬件框图,利用总线隔离适配器实现数据高速传输。保持仪表相对独立性,设计应用程序,提高系统抗干扰能力;根据仪表耗能总量和隔离适配器所提供的负载能力设计软件部分。通过实验验证该系统设计的合理性,并得出实验结论。实验结果表明,该系统具有自动检测速率快、准确率高、误差小、管线耗费成本较低等优势,为我国工业自动化检测提供技术手段。Traditional automatic detection system has the problems of slow automatic detection rate, lowaccuracy, high pipeline cost, and so on. It can not achieve the standard of low cost and accuratedetection. To this end, the field bus data transmission instrument accuracy automatic detection system isdesigned. The hardware block diagram of the automatic detection system is given, and the high-speeddata transmission is realized by using the bus isolation adapter. Maintain the relative independence of theinstrument, design the application program, improve the anti-interference ability of the system; designthe software part according to the total energy consumption of the instrument and the load capacityprovided by the isolation adapter. The rationality of the system design is verified by experiments, and theexperimental conclusions are obtained. The experimental results show that the system has the advantagesof automatic detection speed, high accuracy, small error, low cost and so on. It provides technical meansfor industrial automation detection in our country.
