摘　　要：党的十九大报告提出了乡村振兴战略。实施乡村振兴战略必须优化科技资源配置,引导科技资源要素向农村流动,服务农村经济社会发展。以运城市为例,分析了目前乡村对科技资源需求及科技资源要素向农村流动的状况,提出了新常态下引导科技资源要素向农村流动的建议。The rural revitalization strategy was put forward in the report of nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China.The implementation of rural revitalization strategy must optimize the allocation of scientific and technological resources,guide the flow of scientific and technological resource elements to rural areas,and serve the economic and social development of rural areas. Taking Yuncheng City as an example,this paper analyzes the current rural＇s demand for scientific and technological resources and the flow condition of scientific and technological resource elements to rural areas,and puts forward some suggestions for guiding the flow of scientific and technological resource elements to rural areas under the new normal.
