天津高校图书馆业务学习现状与对策研究

摘　　要：开展业务学习是提升馆员能力和图书馆服务水平的重要途径。通过调研天津市高校图书馆业务学习现状,提出了从制订长期学习规划、强化考核机制、学习与工作相结合、建立图书馆联盟业务学习协调小组等方面提高天津市高校图书馆业务学习能力与效果的建议。Business learning is an important way to improve the ability of librarians and the service level of the library.Through the present situation investigation of business learning of university libraries in Tianjin,this paper puts forward suggestions for improving the business learning ability and effectiveness of university libraries in Tianjin from the following aspects：making long-term learning plan,strengthening the assessment mechanism,learning and working together,and establishing a library consortium business learning coordination group.
