摘 要:城市绿地具有调蓄雨水的功能,将城市绿地与海绵城市建设有效结合,有利于缓解城市雨水水文、水质等问题。文章依次从城市绿地规划建设,城市各类绿地不同的雨洪管理功能和具体的公园建设3个方面探讨了城市绿地规划、建设和海绵城市建设结合的方法,即将绿地整合为一个完整的雨洪管理系统,保证各类绿地之间能够相互补充,相互支持,构建从源头到末端的管理全过程,实现海绵城市建设目标;并阐述了这一方法在孟州市绿地系统规划中的具体应用。通过论述,期望对城市绿地与海绵城市建设的结合提供有益的启迪。The effective integration of sponge city construction and urban green spaces which can regulate rainwater is conducive to alleviating urban problems such as rainwater hydrology and water quality. This article explores the ways to incorporate the urban green space planning and construction into sponge city building in terms of urban green spaces planning,stormwater regulation function of different types of green spaces and the specific park construction. That is to include the green spaces into a complete stormwater management system to ensure the mutual supports and complementation among different types of green spaces so that a whole management system from the starting point to the endpoint could be set up for achieving the objectives of sponge city construction. The application of this integration approach to the urban green spaces system planning in Mengzhou City is also described. It is expected that the study could provide insights and conferences to the integration of urban green spaces and sponge city construction.
