摘 要:总结分析了常规LNG储罐在全模型建模、地震响应分析、隔震研究、局部构件计算、偶然作用分析等方面的研究进展及目前存在的不足,指出未来常规LNG储罐的研究将趋于精细化和集成化,同时必须与试验研究、理论计算及监测分析等手段相结合以验证目前数值计算的准确性。给出了超大型LNG储罐的概念,指出相关能源企业也已经掌握了核心技术,如有合适的时机,随时可以实现工程化应用;超大型的薄膜罐和地下罐适用性更广,应用前景广阔,应当开展更加深入的研究。对自支撑式LNG储罐、全混凝土LNG储罐及海上LNG储罐等3种新型LNG储罐的研究现状及应用前景进行了分析,指出自支撑储罐是对内罐设计改进的很好的补充思路;全混凝土储罐因其造价低在国内具有很大的应用前景;而海上LNG储罐更适用于中小型的LNG接收终端;由于3种新型LNG储罐建造及安装方式与常规储罐的不同,后续研究中应重点论证结构的受力合理性和施工的可行性。本文研究成果对未来LNG储罐的研究提供了有益的借鉴。This paper summarizes and analyzes the current research progress and shortcomings of conventional LNG tanks with respect to whole model building,seismic response analysis,shock isolation research,local component calculation and accidental action analysis etc.,and points out that the future researches on conventional LNG tanks will tend to be refined and integrated.Additionally,such researches must be combined with experimental study,theoretical calculation and monitoring analysis to verify the accuracy of current numerical calculation.It also puts forward the concept of super LNG tank,and states that relevant energy enterprises have mastered the core technologies and are able to realize the engineering application of such technologies at any time under proper opportunities.It suggests that extra-large super thin film tank and underground tank have wide suitability and good application prospect,and require further researches.This paper analyzes the present study status and application prospect of three new LNG tanks including self-supporting LNG tank,full concrete LNG tank and offshore LNG tank,and indicates that self-supporting tank is an ideal supplementary method for the improved inner tank design;full concrete tank,due to its low cost,has great application prospect in China;offshore LNG tank is more suitable for small and mediumsized LNG receiving terminal.Since the construction and installation of three new LNG tanks are different from conventional tanks,the subsequent studies should focus on demonstrating the force rationality of the structure and the feasibility of construction.The results of this paper provide a useful reference for the future research on LNG tanks.
