摘  要:基于相似理论及弹塑性力学相关理论与方法,自主建立了自由站立式立管顶部连接装置和底部连接装置的模型试验系统,包括加载装置、原理样机角度调节装置、鹅颈管张力角度调节装置、恒张力装置、弯矩加载装置及边界固定装置。通过整体数值模拟得到最危险工况作为试验工况并给出试验加载边界,分别利用试验系统和局部数值模拟得到顶部连接装置和底部连接装置在最危险工况下的响应,并进行了对比分析,结果表明:该试验系统能够有效地测量自由站立式立管顶部及底部连接装置不同位置的静态及动态响应,利用试验结果验证后的数值模型能够很好地反映自由站立式立管顶部及底部结构静态及动态响应;在不同工况下,自由站立式立管顶部连接装置及底部连接装置最大应力出现在顶部连接装置与立管连接处,表明该顶部及底部连接装置还有进一步的优化空间。该试验装置的成功研制为深入研究自由站立式立管顶部结构及底部结构响应提供了一种新的手段和方法,有利于保障自由站立式立管系统的作业安全。Based on similarity criterion and correlative elastic-plastic mechanics theories and methods,a model test system for upper assembly and lower assembly of the free standing hybrid riser is developed independently.The test system includes loading device,angle adjustment device for assembly prototype,angle adjusting device for tension of gooseneck,constant tension device and fixed boundary conditions.The most dangerous condition and the test load boundary are given by the whole numerical simulation,and the response of upper and lower connector assemblies under the most dangerous conditions is analyzed by usingthe test system and the local numerical simulation respectively.The result shows that the model test device system can realize the measurement for the static and dynamic responses of upper assembly and lower assembly in different locations.The numerical results of a numerical calculation model verified by experiments are consistent with the results of a model test of the upper assembly and lower assembly.Under different conditions,the maximum stress of the upper and lower connector assemblies occurs at the joint of the upper assembly and riser,and further optimization is required for upper and lower connector assemblies of a free standing hybrid riser.The above study demonstrates that the model test system could provide a new method for the response of upper assembly and lower assembly of free standing hybrid riser,which is of great significance for the safe operations of free-standing hybrid risers.
