摘  要:目前水平管道气液两相流持液率计算模型较多,且大多基于经验或半经验相关式,持液率计算结果存在较大差异。通过对已有不同实验条件下持液率实验数据的筛选分析,得出管径、气相折算速度、液相折算速度、黏度、压力、温度等6个影响持液率大小的主要因素,在此基础上基于ACE算法建立了水平管道持液率计算模型,并将该模型与已有的持液率计算模型进行了对比分析。研究结果表明:本文基于ACE算法建立的水平管道气液两相流持液率计算模型能够对各影响因素对持液率的潜在影响行为进行描述,具有较高的计算精度,适用范围广,可为水平管道气液两相流持液率计算提供借鉴。Presently,abundant calculation models for liquid holdup of two-phase flow of horizontal pipelines are mainly based on empirical or semi-empirical correlation formulas,which bring about relatively large distinction in results.In our research,six dominating factors influencing liquid holdup including the pipeline diameter,converted speed of gas phase,converted speed of liquid phase,viscosity,pressure,and temperature have been acquired by screening and analysis of experimental data about liquid holdup acquired under different existing experimental conditions,and further a model based on the ACE algorithm was established to calculate the liquid holdup of horizontal pipelines and compared with existing calculation models.As indicated by the research,the ACE algorithm-based model in this paper can depict all factors' actions potentially affecting liquid holdup,with a relatively high calculation accuracy and extensive application scope,which can provide reference for the calculation of liquid holdup of gas-liquid two-phase flow of horizontal pipelines.
