摘　　要：自习近平2002年概括"晋江经验"15年来,晋江市紧紧抓住制造业这一实体经济的基础和根本,促进制造业做大做强、做优做精。晋江市制造业的发展先后历经了重质量、重品牌、重资本和重创新等几个阶段,并在2012年提出打造"智造名城"战略,"十三五"规划又提出建设"国际化创新型品质城市"的目标。从制造到智造,是晋江工业化向现代化、高端化迈进,实现制造业强市的必然选择。这不仅体现了晋江"敢为天下先,爱拼敢赢"的精神,而且折射出与时俱进的"学习才会赢、创新才能赢"的时代精神。通过对晋江市制造业智能化的具体作法和成效进行调研和总结,进一步丰富和发展制造业智能化转型升级的"晋江经验",为工业4.0背景下产业转型升级提供可推广、可复制的经验。Fifteen years have past since the ＂ Jinjiang Experience＂ was summarized by General Secretary XI Jinping in 2002 and the Jinjiang government has firmly adhered to the real economy and manufacturing industry as the basis and foundation of making the industry bigger and stronger,perfect and precise. The development of the manufacturing industry in Jinjiang city has experienced several stages,i. e,putting emphasis on quality,brand,capital and innovation successively,and in 2012,the strategy of building a ＂ smart city＂ was put forward,and the construction of ＂ a new international qualified innovative city＂ for the ＂ 13 th Five-Year＂ plan was proposed. The stage from manufacturing to intelligence and a strong manufacturing city is the inevitable choice for the modernization and high-end of Jinjiang＇s industrialization. This not only embodies Jinjiang＇s spirit of ＂ Be the first explorer and love to combat to win＂,but also reflects the spirit of advancing with the time of ＂ Victory comes out of struggle and success originates from innovation＂. Through the investigation and summary of the specific approaches and effects of Jinjiang intelligent manufacturing,this article attempts to enrich and develop ＂ Jinjiang Experience＂ of transforming and upgrading the intelligentization of manufacturing industry,so as to provide popular and replicable experience under the background of ＂ Industrial 4. 0＂.
