笔迹鉴定与笔迹心理分析比较

摘　　要：笔迹鉴定与笔迹心理分析均属于笔迹学的研究范畴。笔迹鉴定的理论依据是书写动作习惯的特定性、书写动作习惯的稳定性和书写动作习惯的反映性;笔迹心理分析的理论依据是投射原理、潜意识理论和书写形成的生理因素等。笔迹鉴定主要在司法鉴定领域应用,而笔迹心理分析主要在社会服务领域应用。二者技术的融合,会进一步激发笔迹心理分析技术在司法鉴定领域应用的潜力。Handwriting identification and handwriting psychological analysis both belong to the research scope of graphology. The former, which is theoretically based on specificality, stability and reflection of writing action habits, is mainly applied in judicial identification, while the latter, which is theoretically based on projection principle,unconsciousness theory and physiological factors developed by writing, is primarily applied in social service. The technical integration of handwriting identification with handwriting psychological analysis stimulate the application potential of handwriting psychological analysis techniques in judicial identification.
