警衔晋升学员参训的现状、需求及对策——以珠三角地区“司晋督”为例

摘　　要：训练是提高警察队伍战斗力的根本途径,警察院校要根据学员的特点和需求,有的放矢地开设课程。对223名从警1 2年的民警进行网络问卷调查,获知民警的培训需求和心理状态,应从解决工训矛盾、优化培训方式、科学规划课程、加强体能训练、重视心理问题和党性教育等方面去提升警察训练的质量。Training is a fundamental appoach for improvement of the operation capacity of the police team.The police colleges are expected to offer objectives-oriented curriculum on the basis of the characteristics and need of the trainees. A network-based questionnaire on 223 policemen with 12 years of police service suggests the policemmen＇s need for police service training and their psychology. Accordingly, efforts need to be made to improve the quality of police service training through proper solution to work-training contradictions, optimization of training modes, scietific planning of curriculum, enhancement of physical training, psychological problems and the Party spirits education.
