摘　　要：用强有力的思想政治工作引导广大离退休职工理解改革、支持改革、参与改革,规范整理、严格要求档案管理工作,为离退休职工提供优质高效的管理服务,为推动党的思想建设深度融入中心、服务大局,找准结合点和切入点,精准发力提升党建科学化水平。with a strong ideological and political work to guide the retired workers unreform,support for reforrm in the reforrm, reorganization, strict norms of archives vide quality and efficient service m a n a g e m e n t of retired workers,into the center and serve to promotethe ideological construction of the partys depth,the article points out and startinto enhance the scientific level of Party building.
