摘　　要：提出了以供电管理信息系统为基础,以实现供电基础数据信息平台化、各生产系统有效融合、各业务环节关联卡控为特点的生产调度指挥中心建设方案。该生产调度指挥系统以构建供电大数据平台为核心,为供电设备的日常检修和应急处置提供运行预测、决策支持,为全面提高供电安全、质量管理水平提供技术保障。A scheme is put forward for building of a production dispatching commanding center, on the basis of the power management information system, to realize a platform for power supply fundamental data information with effective integrity of various production systems, control of various of service links. The production dispatching commanding system focuses on building of a power supply big data platform to provide supports for operation prediction and strategy-making for daily inspection and emergency rescue of power supply equipment, and provide the technological guarantee for fully improvement of safety and quality management level of power supply system.
