摘　　要：EAST装置复杂的真空系统需要大量PKR251型真空规管实时测量,并获得准确的真空度数据,但是长时间运行后会出现测量结果不准的现象。PKR251型真空规管的修复和标定技术是通过对规管内部电极、极板等关键部件的去污(更换)、清洗和烘烤处理,修复计量不准或错误的真空规管。搭建规管标定平台模拟EAST装置的真空环境,通过控制充入真空室内高纯氮气的充气速率,改变真空室内的气体压力,比较单个规管与标准规的读数,判定规管测量准确度,实现规管标定。标定实验发现修复后的PKR251型规管在不同压力下线性度较好,满足EAST装置真空测量要求。In order to obtain real-time and accurate vacuum measurement, a lalge number of PKR251-type vacuum gallges have been installed on EAST tokamak with colnplex vacuum systems, but inaccurate, even wrong measured results were always observed after lollg and continuous ii111 of EAST. Tiffs paper describes a tecMique for tile repair and calibra- tion of a PKR251 vacuum gallge to restore tiffs gauges with inaccurate or wrollg measurement by decontamination （re-placement ）, cleaning and baking of key components, including internal electrodes, plates. To stimulate the EAST vacmml condition, a calibration platform was built which could adjust the vacmml pressme by changing the flow rate of high-pmity nitrogen injection into the vessel of tiffs system. After the accuracy of measurements is reported by compamlg the read- ings of individual gauge and the standard, the gauge calibration is finished. It was found that the measurement of repaired gauge fitted well with the standard at different pressmes and they could be used again by EAST. This repair and calibration technology can effectively extend the service life of PKR251 gauge, supplying the techiffcal support for energy conserva- tion and environmental protection in nuclear fusion experiments.
