摘 要:脉管制冷机经过了近几十年的发展,不管是在冷量大小还是在运行的可靠性方面,其性能均得到了大幅的提升,目前主要研究是在80 K制冷温区,应用于中高温区的脉管制冷机还有待进研究。高频运行有助于实现脉管制冷机小型化和轻量化。采用随机丙纶纤维作为回热器的填充介质,设计了100 Hz线性压缩机驱动的直线型脉管制冷机,实验测试了不同条件下的制冷性能曲线。该脉管制冷机在150 W电功下可取得149 K的最低温度,在170 K的制冷温度下可获得9 W的制冷量。After decades of development, perfomlance of pulse tube crycooler has been greatly improved both of the cooling power and the reliability, but most of the researches focus on 80 K temperature region, the perfomance of PTC in the medium temperature area needs to be further studied. The high frequency is helpful to achieve the minialmization and lightweight of the pulse tube crycooler. Fine fibrous Polyester was selected as new material tilled for regenerator, a linear pulse tube refrigerator driven by a linear compressor is designed in which the operating frequency is 100 Hz. The perfor- mance curves under different conditions are tested by setting up an experimental platfoml. The lowest temperature of 149 K can be obtained under the 150 W electric work,and it can supply a cooling power of 9 W under 170 K cooling temperature.
