海洋产业与陆域产业关联及波及效应研究

摘　　要：运用投入产出模型分析浙江省海洋经济部门与浙江经济其他部门的直接和间接的关联关系,并测算其关联及波及程度,从而明确其发展的规律及其存在的问题。结果表明,浙江海洋产业发展对其他国民经济行业的关联和波及效应较大;浙江海洋经济外向性程度较高,省外需求和出口的生产诱导作用较大;浙江各海洋产业因其所处产业链上位置不同而对国民经济行业的波及效果也不同,海洋化工业、海洋电力业、海洋油气业等对国民经济有显著支持作用,而工程建筑业、海洋船舶工业等对其他部门产生显著的需求拉动作用;海陆产业间关联度高,产业间融合潜力大。The paper analyzes the direct and indirect correlation between marine department and other economic departments of Zhejiang Province, predicts the correlative effect and the spread effect of marine-land industries and determines the developmental law and the existing problems. The findings are that the development of Zhejiang marine industry has more correlative and spread effects on other national economic industries and enjoys higher export-oriented level with more demands from other provinces and more induced effects from exportation. Besides, different marine industrial sectors have different spread effects on the national industries due to the different roles they play in the industrial chain in that marine chemical, marine power industry and offshore oil and gas industry have significant supportive effects while marine engineering architecture and marine ship-building industry have significant driving effects on other industries. It is found that there is high correlation and convergence potential between marine and land industries.
