市政与水利不同定额下引水工程造价对比分析

摘　　要：引水工程分别采用水利工程和市政工程不同定额得出的工程造价不同.为了对不同定额体系得出的工程造价进行区别对比,从总投资费用、建安费用等方面进行理论阐述,然后以河南省平顶山市湛河引水工程为例,按照市政工程和水利工程两种不同的定额体系分别编制工程预算,并根据预算结果进行对比分析,并认为在编制工程造价文件应尊重各专业的造价管理规定,充分考虑工程的资金来源和工程特点,选用适当的计价依据,合理确定工程投资.In the process of engineering construction,the demarcation of water diversion project in water conservancy engineering and municipal engineering is not absolute,there are some cross fuzzy regions. In the process of compiling cost documents of water diversion project,project cost is also different by applying different quota. In order to make a comparative analysis of the cost of different quota systems,it expounds the total investment cost,construction cost and other aspects,then takes a water diversion project in Henan Province as an example,compiles the project budget in accordance with two different quota systems of municipal engineering and water conservancy projects. Comparative analysis is conducted according to the budget results. The different budget results also reflect the different cost management of municipal and water conservancy industries,and the results of the analysis can provide reference value for the project construction units in investment control.
