摘　　要：通过对婴幼儿生命健康权的概念、内容、性质、特征及滥用抗生素与婴幼儿生命健康权的关系等进行阐述,提出防止滥用抗生素、保护婴幼儿生命健康权的对策,指出应加强立法、严格执法、公正司法,从而更好地保障婴幼儿生命健康权。Based on the explanation about the concept, the content, the nature, the characteristics of the right of life and health for infants, and the relationship between the right of life and health for infants and the overasing antibiotics,the paper puts forward some countermeasures to prevent the misuse of antibiotics and proteet the right of life and health for infants. It is suggested that we should strengthen legislation, strict law enforcement, stick to fair justice, so as to protect the right of life and health for infants better.
