摘　　要：介绍合成氨装置压缩机结构特点与运行情况,针对运行过程中汽轮机轴位移持续上涨问题,进行原因分析,通过改进轴承摆块材质,增设油箱体外循环流程等措施,提高了设备运行可靠性,也为大机组的运行管理积累了经验。Air compressor in synthetic ammonia plant, its structure and characteristics and operation weredescribed. The steam turbine shaft displacement was increased continuously during its operation. To solve theproblem we modified the pendulum block material of the bearing, added a circulation unit outside the oil tank toenhance its reliability, and accumulated experience for operation and management of such kind of large skid.
