穗期不同杀菌剂对强筋小麦品质性状的影响

摘  要:为探索适合强筋小麦使用的杀菌剂,小麦齐穗扬花期进行了不同杀菌剂喷洒效果试验。结果表明,不同杀菌剂对小麦品质都有一定程度的影响,处理间差异明显,以对形成时间、稳定时间和粉质质量指数的影响最大。综合品质以使用多菌灵最佳,其次是井冈·多菌灵、多菌灵+嘧菌酯,三者品质成正相关;使用戊唑醇·多菌灵、氰烯菌酯、咪铜·氟环唑小麦的品质与空白对照品质差异不明显;以使用四霉素小麦品质最差,明显成负相关;其次是阿泰灵+戊唑醇、戊唑醇·咪鲜胺、丙环·嘧菌酯、咪鲜胺·多菌灵,多项品质成负相关;戊唑醇主要影响小麦蛋白质、湿面筋含量和弱化度,三者均成负相关;其他品质与空白对照差异不明显。In order to explore the suitable fungicide for high gluten wheat,different fungicide spraying experiments were carried out on highglutern wheat in full heading and flowering stage.The results showed that different fungicides had a certain degree influence on the quality of wheat.There were obvious differences among each treatment.The formation time,stability time and powder quality index were most affected. It was found thatusing carbendazim could get the best wheat comprehensive quality,followed by Jinggang carbendazim,carbendazim and azoxystrobin,and the threewere positively correlated with wheat quality. Difference in quality between test wheat(tebuconazole-carbendazim,allyl cyanide,miconazole)and controlwas not obvious;on the other hand,the results indicated that using four kanamycin had the worst wheat quality and was obvious negatively correlatedwith wheat quality,follwed by artest ling+tebuconazole,tebuconazole prochloraz,propyl cyclic ethyl ester,miconazole carbendazim,and these werenegatively correlated with wheat quality.The further study showed that the main effect of tebuconazole on wheat were protein,wet gluten content anddegree of softening,and using tebuconazole was negatively correlated with the three factors;there was no significant effect on other qualities.
