高PG等级改性沥青混合料施工温度研究

摘　　要：为了指导高PG等级改性沥青的应用,保证施工质量,在实验室通过建立沥青混合料工作性与温度的关系,研究了高PG等级沥青混合料的施工温度。结果显示:(1)PG76-10 GAC-20C改性沥青混合料的最佳拌和温度为172℃,建议控制在170～175;最佳压实温度为161℃,建议控制在160～165℃;(2)PG82-10 GAC-16C改性沥青混合料的最佳拌和温度为178℃,建议控制在175～180℃;最佳压实温度为167℃,建议控制在165～170℃。In order to guide the application of high PG grade modified asphalt and ensure the construc-tion quality, the construction temperature of high PG grade asphalt mixture was studied in this paper by estab-lishing relationship between workability and temperature of asphalt mixture. The results show ： （1） For PG 76 -10 GAC -20C modified asphalt mixture, the best mixing temperature is 172℃ and it should be controlled in 170 -175 ℃ ; the best compaction temperature is 161℃,and it should be controlled in 160 -165℃ ; （2） For PG 82 - 10 GAC - 16C modified asphalt mixture, the best mixing temperature is 178 ℃ and it should be controlled in 175 -180 ℃ ; the best compaction temperature is 167 ℃,and it should be controlled in 165 -170℃.
