催化裂化油浆增产防水卷材专用沥青的开发研究

摘　　要：催化裂化作为主要的重油加工技术在石油加工中的地位十分重要,催化油浆的合理有效利用是一个迫切需要解决的问题。催化裂化油浆具有贫蜡富芳的特点,结合这一性质,采用催化裂化油浆增产防水卷材专用沥青,并对这一技术方案进行了研究。结果表明,用催化裂化油浆作为改性剂增产防水卷材专用沥青,不仅合理的利用了催化裂化油浆,提高防水卷材专用沥青的性能,而且提高了产品附加值,提升了企业的整体效益。Catalytic cracking is very important as the main heavy oil processing technology in petroleum processing, reasonable and effective utilization of FCC slurry oil is an urgent problem to be solved. The char-acteristics of FCC slurry oil are poor wax and rich aromatic. With this property, we used FCC slurry oil to pro-duce special waterproofing roll asphalt material, and studied the technical s c heme. The results shows that u-sing the FCC slurry as modified to produced special waterproofing roll asphalt material, not only is a reasona-ble use of FCC slurry oil and improving the performance of special waterproofing roll asphalt material, but also improve added value of the products and overall benefit of enterprise.
