宫颈长度联合胎儿纤连蛋白检测预测早产的价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨宫颈长度联合胎儿纤连蛋白(FFN)检测预测早产的价值。方法随机抽取我院2016年3月~2017年10月收治的52例先兆流产孕妇为研究对象。所有孕妇均为单胎头位。以随机分组法将其分成对照组(26例)与观察组(26例)两组,分别给予两组宫颈长度检测、宫颈长度联合胎儿纤连蛋白检测。观察宫颈长度检测及宫颈长度联合胎儿纤连蛋白检测的阳性预测值、阴性预测值。结果对照组宫颈长度检测的阳性预测值83.33%(15/18)、阴性预测值87.50%(7/8);观察组宫颈长度联合胎儿纤连蛋白检测的阳性预测值94.11%(16/17)、阴性预测值100.00%(9/9),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫颈长度联合胎儿纤连蛋白检测用于早产的预测,准确性较高,具有良好的临床价值。Objective To investigate the evaluation of cervical length combined with fetal fibronectin（FFN） detection on the prediction of premature birth. Methods 52 pregnant women with threatened abortion in our hospital from March,2016 to October, 2017 were selected. All the pregnant women were with singleton and cephalic presentation. All the pregnant women were randomized into control group（26 pregnant women） and observation group（26 pregnant women）.The detection of cervical length and the detection of cervical length combined with FFN were carried out in two groups respectively. The positive and negative prediction of cervical length detection and the detection of cervical length combined with FFN were observed. Results The positive and negative prediction of cervical length detection in control group were 83.33%（15/18） and 87.50%（7/8） respectively. The positive and negative prediction of the detection of cervical length combined with FFN in observation group were 94.11%（16/17） and 100.00%（9/9） respectively. The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The detection of cervical length combined with FFN on the prediction of premature birth was relatively accurate and with good clinical value.
